[NSW] Red P suspension

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by ziku1, Aug 10, 2009.

  1. will getting your Red Ps suspended due to a lower range speeding offence mean you will have to wait another 12 months before going on to full license.
I got my Red Ps before june 1st so im currently waived from doing the green Ps. but if i have to redo the 12 month wait will i then be required to do the green Ps aswell ?.

  2. As far as I know a suspension is just that - your licence is suspended.

Thus it is still your licence, and after the suspension period your countdown to fulls will continue from where it left off.
  3. phew, its a relief to hear that.
was going past a fixed speed camera the other day and looked down to see i was going a little faster than i realised. ive been a bit worried about it but i guess aslong as i dont have to wait another 12 months it aint too bad.

    thanks for the reply mewnz
