[NSW] Had my life saved today

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' started by Azamakumar, Nov 18, 2009.

  1. Pinged at 103 on the F6, which for a learner equates to 3 points and $197. Not going to bother contesting it because I've had it coming. At the roadside I asked if it came with a complementary suspension, Mr Plod said definitely not,. I know of a couple of friends that got pinged on their red p's and put off paying it long enough that they could sit their P2 and then take the hit to avoid the suspension.

Regardless I'm already resigned to 3 months off, either on my L's or P's. Would I be able to take the MOST with a fine outstanding? Also, the ticket says I'll be out 3 points, when it should be 4. Any chance of this one slipping through and me not getting the suspension or will some bonehead at the RTA sit down and do the math once I've paid the fine?
