Newspaper: A [motorcyclists] dash of true grit

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' started by Mouth, Jun 27, 2005.

  1. good on him, true grit indeed
  2. But does he still have a bike? You'd have to hope so, what an inspiring story!
  3. It'd be great to see the expression on the doctor's face when he asks to have the foot modified so he can use it to change gear.
  4. One of Rhondas friends lost a leg in a bike accident many years ago and still rides today , albiet a harley, but he still rides. One of the stories i was told was when on the first day of his release he went straight to the garage where the damaged bike was , pulled up beside it in his wheelchair and started working on to get it back to how it was . Very dedicated i must say but a top bloke .
