Newbie to Aussie riding

Discussion in 'Welcome Lounge' started by Snijtje, Jul 18, 2016.

  1. Hi all,

I'm a newbie to riding in Australia. Coming from Europe last year, I'm finally starting to look at riding again. Had to leave my Honda VFR750 behind as I didn't own it long enough to qualify as taxfree import, so currently investigating what to buy here, thinking of Adventure Tourers, but haven't tried this model at all, will need to go for a test ride soon, to check whether I fit decently with my height of 195 cm. any tips are welcome!
    Cheers, Snijtje
  2. Welcome to the forum.

  4. Welcome mate
  5. aloha SnijtjeSnijtje , what a change over! Best thing to do is to just test ride as many of what ever kind of bike lane you can :D
You never know what will tickle your fancy and there are so many types of good bikes out there nowadays.

Once you have one, meet up with some other NRs ... There's many cool and fairly active ones in the Syd areas ... :)
