Newbie in Capital City

  1. G'day,

Newbie from Canberra. Relatively new to riding too. Have been blatting around town for the past 18 months on a Symba 100 (like a postie). It's a fun wee bike, but limited in range as it's not safe to take on roads where you're meant be going 90 km/h or more. So I'm upgrading next week to a Suzuki TU250X. 150% biggerer!

  5. Hey mate,

I'm a noob in Canberra too, done 1400 km on my CBR500R now, but would love to do some riding with another rider.

Hit me up if you're keen.

Ps the tu250x is sweet. I like the classic styling.
  6. Welcome to the forum
  7. Welcome to NR...
  8. welcome aboard :] enjoy the bike
  9. Thanks for the welcomes everyone. Had the TU for several days now. Absolutely love it. Have only stuffed up a couple of times by going into Symba semi-auto mode and up-shifting without using the clutch. Lucky for me the bike's forgiving and/or I had the revs right.

HotelWhiskyHotelWhisky raincheck on the ride until the bike's broken in and my riding skills are a bit better than total novice
