Howdy all, thanks in advance for all the helpfull tips.
Excellent riding area up there, I'm jelly of you. Good choice of first bike, every time I see an L plate on a 650 I go "isn't that a bit big for your first bike?". Sometimes I'll get a shrug, sometimes they tell me they've ridden heaps of bikes.
Welcome! Where in Gippsland are you? I'm also from Gippy
I am in Traralgon
I am a big guy over 6ft and 100kg, the 250 seemed to small and I thougth the 650 could handle the weight better.
I'm about the same and I had a 150! Lol. Luckily the ergos were about the best thing that the bike had except for the seat, and it fit me fine. Except that I looked pretty huge on the thing haha. I now have a Suzuki DR650SE road trail that wants bigger wheels and the foot pegs lowered.
Hi and welcome to NR
