  1. Hi guyz, well the names Josh,17,Melbourne est, i have never gotten into bikes until a couple of weeks ago.. decided to take up the bike instead o a car. Just bought my jacket and gloves last week and im starting to love the riding community. ... well i was thinking of buying a cbr 125r, its new and looks good, for a good price, just wondering what u guys would recomend, i would love to get a 250cc instead of 125.... anyway thanks for the help , and if u guys are going to metro ringwood on december 5th ill see u there..

  2. Welcome aboard..

The 125 is basically an alternate for a scooter with gears..

Is not really suitable for hwy travel and if you arent a light person will struggle to get to 100kph i am to believe..

Honestly, a s/h 250 in good condition is a better option..

If you're not 5'4" and weigh 6 stone (hate metics ) you'll tire of the 125 real quick.
