N/A | National Nevada Lane-Splitting Bill Dies on the Senate Floor

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by dima, May 31, 2013.

  1. http://blog.motorcycle.com/2013/05/27/law-2/nevada-lane-splitting-bill-dies-on-the-senate-floor/

So are the chances of the splitting to be legalised in Australia close to 0?

  2. We are not America

  3. What makes you say that? We've already had a trial in NSW and it is likely to go ahead in a few months time.

  4. Yeah, but that's just filtering. If America voted against splitting I can see how it can be referred to as an example here (against splitting).
  5. If you read the article they actually voted against filtering. Nevada does not set any precedent on Australian law so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
  6. Where do you see that?
    Hope that's true.
