Nails in tyre - bugger!

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' started by Wanderer, Jul 7, 2005.

  1. I found two nails in the back tyre the other day, and although I am not losing air wondered what is the best thing to do? It is due for a service next week, so I could just leave it until then, but am worried the nail will work loose or the tyre will blow out? The tyre has done about 7000 kms.

  2. Get it fixed, pronto!
  3. May be ride it sedately straight to the shop and let them fix it.
  4. pronto and properly, not worth riding on a fcuked tyre
  5. Can the mods add another section "CAPTAIN OBVIOUS" to the forum for questions like this???
  6. Yeah fix it, not something you want to fail on you in the wet around a corner with a truck coming the other way is it?
