VIC My first real track day

Discussion in 'Racing, Motorsports, and Track Days' started by JayC, Feb 24, 2013.

  1. I had my first real track day back in January at Broadford and finally have some photos

It was a brilliant day and I learnt a lot

  2. Start racing, you will have more fun!
  3. I don't think I'm up to race standards
    I just love riding
  4. Head position is good. In the photo's it does'nt show, but you need to be moving your upper body into the turn, ALOT more.

It's something you need to be good at as early in your development as possible.

When you think you are leaning your upper body enough, it isn't. If you don't start doing it now, you won't be able to when you really need to.

No need to move your backside yet, but your upper body, definitely!
  5. Thanks Raven
    That's the advice I need
I was start to move my bum off the seat but I wasn't told I needed to lean my upper body more
Its good to look back at photos so you can see what your doing wrong
