N/A | National MV Agusta to WSBK & SS

Discussion in 'Racing, Motorsports, and Track Days' started by Roarin, Nov 28, 2013.

  1. Well, that slipped under the radar. WSBK seem to be kicking goals the last couple of years. Fantastic close racing between multiple manufacturers, and this will hopefully add to the spectacle http://www.worldsbk.com/en/news/5-s...e-back-on-track-with-yakhnich-motorsport.html

Seems like they're off to a promising start too. http://www.autoevolution.com/news/mv-agusta-reports-successful-tests-a-jerez-71975.html
    Rock on Superbikes :)

  2. First Place Baby!!! (y)

First year back (for a factory team, last year was not a factory team) in 30+ years and they get a 1st place finish.

I bet no one was expecting that!

    Welcome back MV!!!
  4. Haha. Yup, he got very lucky!

He had a few guys go down and effectively, it was only a 5 lap race.
  5. Interesting to see how Suzuki goes. Wonder if they will have to tone back the engine settings after the blow up and if it will affect performance. Either way was great to see Laverty sticking it to Aprilia! Going to be a great season. Now if only I had foxtel instead of streaming from fuzzy euro feeds.
  6. Is Foxtel the only provider that covers WSBK? Anyone know what the minimum package price per month is to get said coverage? Or are there decent web streams (1920 HD) that one can sign up to? Don't mind paying to join a site as long as the quality is there.
  7. There's a 1080 webstream. I just download the races after, definitely not getting up at 1 or 2am to watch them live.

  8. Link? Or is that the name of the webstream? I'm fantastic with computers and the interwebz, if you hadn't already noticed, but a point in the general direction would be handy :)
  9. There was also a couple of Eric Buell Racing bikes in the preliminaries, guess they did not make the required times!

  11. 1 got a start, finished 1 lap down. The EBR's are really bloody loud! Loudest bike on the grid that's for sure.
  12. Foxtel sport package is like $75 per month for your TV.
Foxtel play with sport package is like $50 per month, that is via the internet only.
