I just had to share this story, not sure if this is the right forum but its worth it. A while back I ordered some parts online from Motorrad Garage (http://www.motorradgarage.com.au), without going into the gory details Motorrad were absolutely brilliant in standing by their customer when we discovered the courier company had lost the parts. I suppose the point is that its a bit of a legal grey area as to who was responsible for the lost parts. At worst Motorrad could have walked away or just made things difficult. Instead they were brilliant, it probably ended up costing them money and the upshot is they have won a customer for life. I suppose this sort of thing is common in the motorcyle industry but it sure as hell aint in other parts of the world. One farnarkling happy customer here.
