Motorcycle Shipment

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' started by Owen, Aug 16, 2005.

  1. Does anyone know how much it is roughly to send a bike interstate? Or where i can find this info?

    -Owen :p

  2. From where to where?

It cost me $300 to ship the Spada from Launceston to Sydney.
  3. Alternatively you can go to your local dealer and they probably have information in this sort of transport.
I rememer talking to the chap at Wayne Leonards in Cairns and they have a few bikes that are shipped to them by people who want to save on wear and tear riding from the Southern States to FNQ.
Apparently the road to Port Douglas is quite good. :)
  4. I'd be happy to quote you on moving the bike to Perth (if thats where it's going...). I will need it crated though.
If it's going up or down the east coast, PM me and i can give you a good friend of mines office number.
Regardless, we need it to be crated......
    Darren.
