Gday chaps, first of all I'm not hurt at all, thanks to wearing full gear top to bottom. It was a left hand give way turn (blind corner) I went through the turn at a safe speed into the left lane . I chug along at about 40-50 kmh in a 60 zone (just came out of a corner hence under speed limit, indicated right, head check and proceeded to change lanes and bam rear ended me. At first i believed i was at fault for failing to see the vehicle coming in the other lane. After analysing the scene with different angles and theories I believe it was not my fault. I checked my mirrors and blindspot and changed lanes, while the lady behind me rolled quickly past the give way sign looking in the other direction for oncoming direction and hit me from behind. The fact that she looped from left to right behind me gave me no chance in hell to actually see her in my mirrors or my headcheck. However she is claiming i unsafely changed lanes. There were no brake marks whatsoever which could affirm my belief she wasn't looking in front of her. Can someone please give me a objective view of whos at fault?
here are the pictures and videos of the area of incident

    Thoughts? please be honest
