  1. Hi all,

I'm planning my first trip from sydney to phillip island for this years gp. Gonna be camping there, anyone have any tips on things to bring?

    Or any tips in general?
  2. Bring warm clothes It'll get cold, and wet.
Bring am fm radio so you can hear whats going on at the track even if you can't see it.
Bring a bottle of grog, smuggle it in cos it'll cost you plenty big moolas to buy beer/ bourbon inside the campground/ track.

Have a ball, find the biggest fire near your campspot and make friends with them, (without being a tool) buy them a bag of wood.

  3. Thanks for info :)

My mate is worried about having no where to sit, is that a big deal? he wanted to bring one of those foldable fishing chair things, but its a bit too much to carry on the bike.

also, do they have power so i can charge my phone? lol
  4. i went last year for the first time ever, plenty of grass areas around the track
