MotoGP and WSBK to unify?

Discussion in 'Racing, Motorsports, and Track Days' started by D1300, Oct 3, 2012.

  1. Not sure of how this will play out but here it is from here:

  2. Dorna will start ****ing with superbikes now
    • Like Like x 2
  3. As long as they stay as separate entities, it'll only be a Dorna controlled PR and advertising spiel from what I gather?
  4. Prototype bikes seem to be just becoming too expensive for many teams (hence the dwindling numbers). I wouldn't be surprise to see them combine in the future as a hybrid of some kind (like the current CRT bikes). Hope not.
  5. MotoGP has been Superbike racing in all but name since they canned the 500s.

  6. Not really. Actually, no, not at all.
    MotoGp's are prototypes.... But I figure you know this already :applause:
  7. Dorna on the downward slide
  8. =D>

    Bring back the two strokes and get rid of traction control.
