Interesting, if a 20 year old driver on a mobile drives like an old person then why is it only the person on the phone that can be booked?
lol. I think it is because the young'uns still try to drive normally despite being 'phone impaired', whereas the oldies tend to recognise their slower reaction skills and leave more space, drive slower, etc. (which in itself can be risky depending on the situation and extent of correction).
Still reckon the cops should book anyone wearing a lawn bowls uniform, or driving a Volvo wearing a hat.
