[MELB] Good, fair-priced mechanic for servicing a Ducati?

Discussion in 'Businesses and Service Providers' at netrider.net.au started by Grumply, Feb 24, 2009.

  1. Hey guys,

I just bought my first bike (a Ducati Monster Dark 600) and I've now got it roadworthy, but I think she's in pretty serious need of a service. The crowd who've done the roadworthy for me are willing to service it, but they specialize in Japanese bikes, and I keep hearing that it really is best to take Ducs to Ducati specialists.

So I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a mechanic/shop in or around Melbourne, who are good with Ducatis but don't charge the moon?

Any help would be much appreciated.

  2. If you're happy with the "crowd" that did your RWC than maybe you should continue to build a relationship with them. They're obviously quite capable of doing it.

It's only a 600 Pantah twin. Oil, plugs, synchro and check belts.
