MC22 Start Ups

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by getnkd, Jul 8, 2009.

  1. Hey yall

just wondering isit bad if im always using my choke every morning to start my mc22 ??? other then that it start perfectly fine just the mornings that usually require me to apply the choke. is this even a problem? do people wif cbr250 have the same starting issues? if so is there any way to get my cbr starting up without application of the choke?

  2. Using choke isn't bad unless you leave it on for too long too often afaik.
  3. That's what the choke is for mate, just don't use it for too long!

I usually turn it off before I ride, once you get riding you shouldn't need it any longer.
  4. Using choke is not bad. If you have a rich idle you won't need choke. Now thats bad.

I use choke on cold days and throttle on warm days.
  5. i only use choke when my bikes been left off for a while or its fkn cold.
  6. thanks ya'll :]
