Mark Steyn on freedom of driving

Discussion in 'The Pub' started by mendosi, Aug 8, 2012.

  1. Interesting post by Mark Steyn which touches on the differences between the attitudes different authorities have to enforcing behaviour on roads.

Whether or not you like the fellah, he can sure write.

  2. Cant stand the "driving is a right" attitude. Its a privlage you inconsiderate piece of snot
  3. That's not really a message that I picked up from the article at the link I posted.

I agree that driving is a privilege but some countries feel the need to regulate road user behaviour very heavily while others allow drivers to take a more mature, self-regulated approach.
  4. yeah i know,
i read the article and enjoyed it,
but its the first thing that came to my mind when i read the title
  5. Time to work on my thread titles then.

Maybe I need to hand that to the creative department.
