Man walks away after car crushes his bike

    Seems like the driver gets off easily for coming within a whisker of killing someone.
  3. lol, I wont say that it was the riders lucky day, but things weren't going completly wrong for him.

    Just thinking the same thing.
    Perhaps he can argue that he just had "a momentary lapse of concerntration" and get of the fine reduced.
  4. It is. I think they should increase the penalty or the charge.
  5. Yes definatley atleast double demerits and a larger fine... Imagine the backlash if that was a police officer.

  7. The rider must have used 8 out of his 9 lives in that accident.
