Louder Horns on bikes

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by Jaqhama, Jun 5, 2006.

  1. One sure way to be a little safer on the roads is to scare the shite out of that car driver with a very loud horn.

Except for BMW bikes most bike horns horns are pathectically quiet, make a sound akin to Beep beep.

But louder horns are available, as an example Val in America just sent me this link of one she is considering putting on her XVS 650.
She's just moved to South Carolina, considered one of the worst States in the USA for bad drivers.
Some bike shops in Oz do sell air horns for bikes.
I like the one Val linked me to because it's bike specific.
  2. hmmmm. Will see if it fits tonight . Thanks
