Discussion in 'New Riders and Riding Tips' started by v8mirage, Dec 29, 2006.

  1. Finally got through to an operator to book in license test for tomorrow. :D

    Wish me luck. :p

  2. Best of luck!
  3. I'm sure you'll be right, but good luck anyhow! :)

    Where are you doing it?
  4. HART in Kilsyth
  5. no need for luck, just ride like you already do... although at slower speeds and you'll be fine. I had a problem of staying under 25kph in the corners.
  6. Yeah, it is hard to maintain balance at low speed, make sure to sit up straight helps a bit better but I still get the feeling of losing balance if I don't focus hard.
  7. Good luck and have fun.
  8. As of today, there are 10 more licensed riders in Melbourne including myself
  9. Oh congrats, v8! No more daggy L-plate for you. :p
  10. Congratulations.
Motorised 2 wheel domination of the world advances another step.
  11. congrats.. just can't wait till I go for mine :)
  12. Congrats V8mirage :woot:
  13. who said L Plates were daggy? hehe
  14. Good luck, it's an easy test to do, just remember not to anticipate the lights.
  15. Way to go V8, keep it shiny side up :)
  16. Good boy V8.
  17. One thing was really sucks, my battery went flat after I got my license. :(

I had to jump start my bike. I also managed to make my 2nd fall as well, It is well "balanced" now, as my 1st time fall on the left side and this time it falls to the right side. :p
