leather repairs

  1. I was wondering if anyone could tell me
where I could get repairs done on leathers.
I'm looking at getting a zip and studs replaced.
Any help would be appreciated. 8)

  2. Try Walkalong Leather repairers in Camberwell, Vic

They were highly recommended to my by a few people.

  3. You could try Mars Leathers in the city.

    :D :D
  4. There's a guy in Oakleigh, I think it's starting with something like B&T and he's done a great job in repairing my gloves and pants for a very cheap price. I got a quote from Walkalong, very good quality work I hear but expensive.
  5. I got a quote from them to repair a stitching on the finger of my gloves for $50 or something like that. You had to remove the lining inside restitch it then restitch the lining back. I took it to the Oakleigh guy and he did it for $15.
  6. Can anyone help out with somewhere to have a zipper repaired in a pair of Mars leather pants, (I'm not bragging) S.E burbs, Melb.
  7. see links section to black rose leathers .
  8. you could always try MARS leathers, since they made them.
  9. Why don't you just take it back to Mars, they do repairs
  10. Thanx Mate. 3 warnings? that's the highest I've seen so far.

  11. Nah, I've thought of that. I don't really like their work. After all, it was their zip that busted. Cheers anyway, Scheff.
  12. I just take all my bike gear to the local shoe repair guy, not Mr Minute, but a proper shoe repairer, you know the ones, always tiny little shops, stink of the glue used to reattach soles to shoes. I figure its leather, it stitching, and he has always done an excellent job, always. Been to 3 different guys over the years, always done quality work.
  13. There's a place in Oakleigh where they specialise in leather repairs including motorcycle gear fairly cheaply. I think they're called B&E leather shop or something along the lines. They're located in Portman St near the train station.
  14. That's because 4 warnings = goneski.
  15. Cheers for that, I work in Oakliegh.

  16. Can someone that goes there get a card please

and put up the full details
i can not find it in the yellow pages

    in advance
    Thank You
