i love lane splitting in my car. i do it whenever i can and have resorted to measures simmiler to that, though i wouldnt drive on a paved footpath.
Grass verges/ highway embankments / ditches on the other hand are a different story.
subaru AWD for life! i would like to see another small, efficient family sedan that can drive along a grass slope at a 45 degree angle.
everything is possible with subaru awd and a lot of clutch.
I would contest that none of that is lane splitting. I love the look on drivers face of the car next to you when they realise you've made a middle lane that isn't there.
