  1. To ride a bike over 250cc does it have to be on the RTA LAMS list, or does it have to be less than 150kw/tonne. If its power/ratio is under but not on the list is it ok or not??

I know the rego sticker should show LAMS, some older 250's dont show LAMS on the rego sticker, but it says all bikes under 250 but not a few 2 strokes, whats the deal, does anyone know???

  2. If it's over 250 it has to be on the list, otherwise cops and the RTA won't know it is appropriate. If you find a bike that you think is appropriate which is not on the list, you can ask them to add it to the list, see the RTA website.
