  1. This national geographic article highlights how antiquarians and archaeologists have admitted being completely wrong about the prevailing conditions during the height of the Egyptian empire.

This is only one of these 'nugget' finds that when collected with many others show that climate conditions have potentially been more extreme than currently thought.

    Good food for thought.

  2. The article doesn't make any references to GW, cyclic or otherwise.

It simply refers to the evidence suggesting that the Nile has changed course, something many rivers do at some point or another.

Archaeologically, this is significant because it changes the location of potential dig sites. As an argument for cyclic GW, it is a little weak.
  3. Egypt was changed radically in around 1500BC, but it was nothing to do with global warming or climate .
  4. FFS PP, will you find another Dead Horse to flog PLEASE!

We know you believe Global Warming is a crock. All these countless articles referencing new theories - because that's all they are, theories - are just giving people like me the shits. I understand that you believe it's a crock, but why must you continuously post these? Why not find a forum about Global Warming and post them there? Or how about just starting ONE thread that's called "GLOBAL WARMING IS A CROCK OF BS" and then you can post to your hearts content another gazillion article links.

    Sheesh!
