Amen motorcycles. They do some awesome choppers. I have seen a few of theirs that I like a lot.
It is known as a Sbarro wheel, invented by Franco SBarro. My understanding is that the goal was to reduce unsprung mass. Interesting idea and looks great but still some longevity and reliability issues to be solved. A good technology to watch.

too much blingy shit all over it, but i like the hubless look on the wheels even if i don't like the chopper style. Reminds me of the Tron: Legacy light cycles which are pure sex
not really a cruiser man myself, but I'd actually ride that one I think.
