They are like nature's version of the haunted false teeth that snap, give chase and bite onto your face.
    Sweet dreams.

btw, no work isn't particularly busy today. Thank you for asking.
  2. Christ, they are like false teeth that can swim!
  3. Reminds me of something out of the Muppet Show

Slow day or not, I want to know what you were doing looking for this in the first palce.....
  4. a few painted numbers and you got yourself a betting ring for the races...
  5. Never trust snot in a crash helmet.
  6. He was searching for "slippery clams" in the hope that he could have fun without work realising what he was up to. This is what he got.

  7. I was reading through Achewood, and Philippe mentions how scallops can swim, and I was all like "To Youtube!" and here we are.

  8. Mmmmm, Scallops. :)

This thread is making me hungry.
  9. What he said......

BTW: Where I come from a scallop is potato dipped in batter. Never seen one of them swim
  10. That's because you come from NSW. A backwater location where people wouldn't recognise a potato cake if it bit them in the arse. :p

  12. With dollops of flavour on top?
  13. Where I come from, that's a scollop.
  14. lol You're right. They do.

I remember snorkeling and collecting scallops when I was a child off of my parents yacht. We used to pick em up off the bottom and put them into an empty bread bag.

I'd about half filled the bread bag when I noticed something swimming around inside the top of the bag.

It was a blue ringed octopus!

Scared the absolute crap out of me. I held onto the bag tightly so that it couldn't escape and swam back to the boat where I handed the bag to dad, who emptied the bag out and promptly flicked the deadly offender over the side of the boat with a knife.

Put me off collecting scallops for a while!
  15. Eating a scallop will never be the same again ..
    Thanks Ktulu
  16. yep, like a $3.40 bag of fresh hip hop
From your local fish n' chip shop :)
  17. Ktulu, that first clip reminds me of something else.
  18. I reckon they'd say the same about you Ktoolz.
  19. Watch it all the way to the end, then.
    It'll really scare you.
  20. You're right
