Honda Lead 80 spares?

Discussion in 'Scooters' started by Rob_SA_Scoot, Oct 16, 2005.

  1. Hi all

One of the scooter converts at work has bought a secondhand Honda Lead 80 and it's missing the helmet lock mechanism (barrel thingy).

Does anyone know of wreckers that keep bits for 1980's scooter?

  2. That wasn't the one in the Trading Post for sale up around Port Adelaide a a couple of weeks ago, was it?

I almost looked at that one, but then I bought a Honda Spacy CH250 instead. :)

So, if anyone DOES know of any wreckers that specialise in 1980s scoots (particuarly Hondas), i'd like to know too. Even though I got pretty much an entire bike as a spare when I bought my Spacy, it's always good to have all bases covered.
  3. I think it was... they said it was in the Trading Post. It's come up a treat.
  4. Just a thought has anyone tried Japanese motorcycle dismantlers on Churchill Road? They might be able to help....
