  1. Hey, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I just got my learners last week and I just put a deposit on a GPX250R which I hope to pick up on Monday. Got a new helmet, coat, pants, boots and gloves. Now all I gotta do is learn to ride properly......lol :D

This seems to be a great site with some real friendly people and lots of good advise and info. I'm hoping that I can learn a bit about riding well from some of you experienced guys. It's a whole new world getting on a bike and riding out into the unknown.

Anyway, I gunna practise in car parks and stuff first and then I hope to join you all on a road trip.....Can't wait :) :) :) :)

  2. G'day Tack, and welcome. Congrats on your learners. Look forward to seeing you on a ride, or Friday night coffee

  3. Hi Tack, welcome to the funny farm.

If you need people to ride with, get tips or have a coffee with, this is the place to be! :)

  5. Welcome to Netrider Tack, and congrats on the learners :) Saw your m/ship application come through earlier (yesterday now) and the address caught my eye. I used to live just a few houses down from you at number 3, until I moved out about 3 years ago now. :)

In addition to the carparks, industrial estates on Sat arvo's and Sundays are a great place to do many laps of for learning and practicing.
