Heated grip recommendations

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' at netrider.net.au started by bigwheels, Apr 2, 2007.

  1. G`day, I have previously considered heated grips to be for the sissy`s but a recent ride through the moutains had me thinking that they may be good for stiff, ageing fingers. A previous posting on "arthurs" lead me to think that it could be helpfull for those of us so inflicted.

Does anyone have a recommendation for some good quality heated hand grips?

  2. I have got a set of Oxford heated grips on my ST2 and will be putting a set on the missus monster as well.
  3. I got the stick-on pads, that go under the existing grips. They work great but a bit of insulation on the left grip would help as the metal bar will take heat away. Mine cost about $59 and the 'hot' setting (has two settings) is almost too hot. Never needed it yet!

    Good luck,

  4. Another vote for the Oxford's here...
