Has anyone tried using a GTech meter on their bike ?

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' at netrider.net.au started by Mickyb V9, Jul 19, 2006.

  1. I have a GTech Pro meter which I use to play with when I had my REX. My current Subbie is not worthy using this instrument . :(
Its a tool you can use to measure certain performance data.

Below is a pic of the data it can collect.

Has anyone tried it on their bike ?

    I think I found myself a weekend project !
To wire up the GTech to my VTR and do some performance runs.

Hmmmm, makes some interesting coffee night comparisons.

If I figure out how to tap into my bikes electrical system to get an RPM output - i'll post up the data. And if someone can let me borrow an R1, lets see if they can do 0-100 in 3s ! ;)
