  1. Hoping someone can give me some tips for leading group rides, specifically for people without any or very limited experience in group riding situations.
Does it take awhile for a group of riders to feel that cohesiveness of working together as a team? How do you get rid of those elements of a group that may be not working - or intimidating to other riders with their riding style?

  2. You might want to introduce yourself to THIS group first. :)

  4. Sorry Guys - obviously not sure of the etiquette on forums
  5. In a rather bad and fairly round about way they are trying to send you here to introduce yourself :).

    Hi! :p

Ive been on a few group rides, but its best to just sit back a little and observe. Most of the groups ive ridden with ride staggered (zig zag like) to give everyone space, but generally thats slower.
Others have been inline and all about cornering and speed. Really does depend on the situation.
