  1. G'day,

I have some new levers to install on the street triple. The instructions call for grease at a couple of friction points which is cool. I have some marine grease (blue stuff) in the garage. Would that be ok or should I get something else?

  2. KY works a treat
  3. As long as it's grease intended as a lubricant rather than as a protectant, it will be fine. The application is not exactly specialist so anything that stays on and stays slippery will do.

  4. any grease is fine... marine is perfect, it's probably an NGLI-2 rated grease, and the marine stuff is just formulated not to wash off as easy, which is great for a bike that sees rain!

    do it!
  5. Thanks for the replies.

I installed the pazzo shorties on friday night. Quite an easy job, only took twenty minutes. I was hoping it would take longer as I'm enjoying the tinkering.
  6. use a lithium poly grease on anything motorbike realated. Sticks well doesnt run.
