I have absolutely no problem with this idea.
However, with the range of pesticides and preservatives the average (western) human consumes during their lifetime, the claim that breast milk is 'organic' is not strictly true.
Maybe they can run a batch using anorexic women for a low-fat option.
Great idea. We've already had work for the dole, now all those single mother pensioners can earn their keep....
I'm willing to help milk these women for a small fee. However, having tasted coffee made with breast milk instead of cow's milk (ladies, if you put it in a milk bottle in the fridge please make sure you label it!) I'm not sure breast milk icecream would be all that nice.
Edit: Ok I'll do it for free.
From my experience it would also probably not need any extra sweetners
