Good riding west of Melbourne?

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' started by Kevo954, Sep 14, 2009.

  1. Going for a ride on Sunday but have done the Eastern side of Melbourne to death also there is a couple of guys on the western side so where are the roads worth riding in the north west of Melbourne?
    Thanks in advance.

  2. There are some good roads aroung Greendale, Daylesford and Trentham, not exactly North West, but close enough. Also give Mt Macedon a look if you are over that way.
  3. G'day Kev,
A few of us did some nice roads out that way on saturday. Nice straights, some long sweeping corners and nice (fast!!!) bits.

As already said Mt Macedon was nice, although not overly long. Ill post the link of our route to help you out if you want to check out the west side of it.
  4. Thanks guys,
Gilesy if you could post the link that would be great. Kev.
