I imagine this gear would be a bit hot !
  5. dont have fuel leaking anywhere if you come off and slide down the road (sparks)
  6. Re: Body armour

Wouldn't want to be in the sun too long.
  7. Full body armour

I had to laugh - but in seriousness, I have been looking into safety gear and was looking at HIT AIR airbag jackets www.hitairaustralia.com. It seems the other brand, Rivet, is a Taiwanese copy of HIT AIR (!). It seems the best real full body protection but I have been seeking anyone with the experience of it. Does anyone know anymore? I do think that there is scope for new technology in our gear beyond just head (helmet) protection! Safety isn't a cool topic, but I have seen a few motorcyclists dead and worse for wear.
