fuel consumption on cbr 250RR

  1. hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone could tell me how many km's do they get to a tank as i am considering buying a CBR250RR 1996 model i know they have a 13L tank. just don't know the fuel economy on it any help would be appreciated

  2. It should get anything between 15-18km per litre.

    Well at least mine did :)

  3. I can get about 18-20kms per litre out of mine before I hit reserve :grin: I haven't had less than 250km's from a tank and that's from about 16 fills... :grin:

  4. I used to get to 240kms then i would fill up.
    Never hit reserve.

  6. :shock: Wouldn't that mean you only get about 90km to the tank??

  7. Whoops, that should be 6L/100km, more like 6.5L actually

  8. i use the tripmeter to tell me - 180km is about reserve-hitting time, depending on how i've been riding.

    That's around the city and stuff, hardly any freeway but some twisties :) So any time you get more cruising is gonna boost that!

  9. 5l-6l/100km was about the average for me... though it varied depending on use...
