Found some ZZR-250 mods from Malaysia.

  2. I think you'd make a fortune here from people wanting their ZZR 250's to look like Ninja 250r's lol.
    Maybe he could do something about the unfortunate looks of the GPX 250 :p
  3. man those are some fine works... man, with talent he says he only can afford a zz250. should def come aus.

    one thing im yet to learn about fibreglass'ing...what do you use to create a mould ?
  4. Wow! some amazing work there, love the under seat exhaust on the zzr, can't wait to see it finished.
  5. Styrofoam is probably the easiest. Or you can get that expandable foam stuff that you spray into packing if you want to make a direct copy.

    The mould is the easy part. It's the fabricating that is the hard (well complicated) part. Getting your mixes spot on etc. Sanding is the worst part.

    It's not hard but it's time consuming. What that guy is doing is a bit more complicated though because he would have to figure out where all the screw holes etc would go.

    He's done a damn good job.
