    Not a bad effort

An unidentified prankster has been blamed for a Coles Flybuys letter addressed to a “Mr D---head C---licker” arriving in the letterbox of a Melbourne man.
3AW listener "Mark" told morning presenter Neil Mitchell on Monday he had no idea how the obscene mistake occurred.
"I have two young children who love to get the mail and dish out who the mail belongs to," Mark said. "Luckily in this case it was bundled up with four other envelopes and they just put on the kitchen bench. When I opened it I couldn’t believe my eyes.

"I have no idea how it got through to my address," he said. "It’s beyond me how this gets into the system and into people’s letterboxes."
A Coles spokeswoman said an unknown person had “maliciously applied” for the card using the name and Mark’s address in the suburb Narre Warren.
Although Coles has a filter in place to pick up offensive wording in fly buys card applications, the spokeswoman said, in this case the combination of wording tricked the system.
"Each week we process tens of thousands of applications for Flybuys cards, which are filtered by a computer system to ensure the names and addresses do not include any offensive language,” she said.
"In this case, an unknown person has maliciously applied for the Flybuys card through the website and the process has not picked up the offensive wording because of how the words have been combined and the card has been issued."
Coles has taken steps to tighten its filter process following the incident and apologised to the recipient of the card, the spokeswoman said.
"At no stage has any personal data been compromised."
