Fighting Fund for Dale & Wills

Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' at netrider.net.au started by Kyzmos, Jan 19, 2006.

  1. As you would all be aware from Dale's posts, he has suffered a terrible loss, and he now has to fight for custody of his son. :(

I would like to take this oppurtunity to ask everyone who can, to please donate some money to help Dale and Wills.

You can donate either via direct bank deposit or by credit card.

If you've ever wanted a worthwhile cause, here it is!

    Netrider Bank Account details:

    Bank: Bendigo Bank
    BSB: 633 000
    A/c No: 124718867
    A/c Name: Netrider

Ref: DaleAndWills (please ensure you use this!)

    Credit card payments:

All donations will be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

  4. I have spoken to my daughter, who's a neighbor of Dale. She works for a local law firm that specialises in family law. She has suggested that it looks "hopeful". But he has to act now. Get documents lodged with the Family Court ASAP.

She sent me a list of law firms that he could consider. Being in Tassie, it may be better to fight the case down there.

If anyone's in contact with Dale, could they pass this info on.

It's a link to the Tasmanian Law Society and law firms in the Launceston area that deal in family law matters.

  7. Since there's not much else that can be done to help, hopefully this will ease some of the burden of the looming custody-fight, legal-vultures what they are/ flights to and from hearings/ time-off-work...
A huge THANKS to everyone who chips-in.
    Transfer underway.
Will also match the first $100-donation from anyone else.
Let's keep Wills where he belongs....with his REAL dad, Dale.

  12. Will this be an ongoing fund (at least short-term)? I start a job next week (been almost unemployed with *very* limited funds for several months now) and want to help but can't right now......

  16. Hopefully it will...perhaps admins can help by making it a sticky.
As legal stuff usually goes, it won't be over with in a rush.

Cat would've fought like the Tassie Tiger she was and Dale will do the same.
Funds will be welcome anytime, I'm sure !

  20. I tried transferring some cash over just then (not quit rich enough to make a $100 donation though) and my stupid bank keeps telling me that the BSB number is invalid?? Has anyone else had this problem?
