Extra padding for helmet

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by kirkworm, Oct 8, 2014.

  1. Hi there, I'm new to riding, been riding for about a month. I have a problem with my helmet, it fits fine around my head, it's the top of my head that's the problem. I have to keep pushing my helmet up so I have full vision. I have a fat but short head. I have tried different helmets but same thing. What can I use as extra padding and keep my helmet up? Thanks

  2. Clarke rubber sell different sizes and density of foam
  3. If you were fully Sihk it wouldn't be a problem, if you can't find some foam you could always convert.:)

  4. In the words of superwog... WATTA HEAD!!
  5. I have a crown of undies and socks stuffed under the lining of one of my helmets. Cushions my noggin and might also come in handy one day.
  6. Okay, thanks. I'll give it a try.
