Enclosed motorbike trailers in Adelaide

Discussion in 'Businesses and Service Providers' started by Admiral Thrawn, Mar 28, 2007.

  1. Any suggestions on where I should go to find a good second-hand one or possibly have one made? It's for 125GP and 600 Supersport.

Are there any particular things of importance that I should take into consideration, like construction method / materials, brakes / no brakes, internal mounting points and rails, etc?

  2. i'm in the process of looking for a donor trailer to do up like this. will probably get an 8'x5', build the frame and roof with gas struts then get some alloy cladding. it's not hard to do if you're handy.

but if you're not, check ebay, trading post. or yellowpages for a new one.
  3. This may be an option, www.easytrailer.com.au they make custom covered trailers especially for motorbikes, and the uncovered versions, with bike holders and ramps, are only about $600-$700! That seems extremely cheap to me!
