Discussion in 'General Motorcycling Discussion' at netrider.net.au started by midnight, Jun 30, 2005.

  1. My beloved Elvis has died .He's been my little buddy for over 5 years and finally lost his battle with old age . Rest in peace my little friend

  2. Sorry to hear that Dave.

Mind you, when I saw the title of the thread, I thought you were referring to Craig's bike!
  3. Elvis was a.....???
  4. Hey Midnight,

I can only assume that Elvis was a pet right? Sorry for your loss.....
  5. Or more likely Dave had the REAL Elvis chained up in his spooky cellar.

There are a number of credible stories going around that Elvis was sold to a slave cartel that specialised in selling celebrities to murky underground Kareoke clubs to perform as ring-ins to protect the clubs from decent non-drunk singers taking the prize money. The Big Bopper, Ritchie Valence and Buddy Holly are also suspected to be part of this market.

Of course after they get too old to perform they get sold off as pets to unsuspecting buyers, who only think they are buying a nice impersonator. After all even impersonators need a quiet place by the fire in old age.

So now you know, Elvis wasn't selling burgers in Wyoming, he was living in Dave's cellar.

Viva Lost Elvis, viva, viva, lost Elviiiiiiiiisss! Thankyouveramuch, ahuh.

Or it could have been Dave's dog  . Poor old Elvis.
  6. Elvis has left the building

    Cheers 8)
