  1. guys

i went ahead and bought a leather jacket off ebay. luckily, the seller didnt live too far away so he was nice and said that i could try it on before buying it. it is genuine leather wtih CE certified armour and a unique design that i havent seen out on the road. all this for a $100 brand new, i expect RRT to be over $400.

so for those of you a bit shy about ebay, i reckon give it a go, but be smart about it and see if u can contact the seller. you will save $$$.

does anyone know how to maintain leather jackets? are there sprays or something to clean it with?

    thanks and happy riding.

  2. Well done,

Maintain it with Joeseph Liddy's Saddle Soap, works well.
  3. Can you give us a hint who the seller was if it was an ebay shop.
  4. eBay is fantastic!

Good leather boots - $20. Warm leather gloves $40.

If you aren't happy with the purchase some sellers will take em back (at the cost of postage) or you can simply sell on to someone who does want the item.
