Dyno tuned improvement

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' started by Degato, Feb 14, 2016.

  1. Just had a Power Commander V fitted to my Triumph America. Had it dyno tuned and it runs like a dream. Massive difference right down low. It used to splutter straight of the mark, now it is a hell of lot more responsive.

This graph shows the before and after. The interesting thing is the "after" power and torque figures are exactly what Triumph specify for this bike. In other words, it's running as it was designed to run.

  2. Aye, the engineers design and build a good engine, then, to meet noise and pollution regs, they have to nobble it.
  3. Yep, exactly what the mechanic said!
