Dunlop Arrow Rear Tyre Cost (Fitted)

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' at netrider.net.au started by enforcer, Jan 3, 2006.

  1. Hey All,

Took a look at my tyres after a long ride and the tred is nearly bald near the centre of the rear tyre.

Anyways I just called Raceway Suzuki in VIC.Melb.Niddrie and was quoted $174 fitted. This is the first time I'll be replacing tyres on a bike and would like to know if this is a reasonable price?

The tyre is Dunlop Arrow (rear)

    Thanks,

    enforcer

  3. Thanks for the reply adnan12.

Although the price is better, Mulgrave is a little far for me to do it on a work day.

Do you think $174 is way too high for a tyre change or is it ok?

Also how much did it cost you to change the front...i'll need to change mine in another 5,000km+

  4. I know you said Mulgrave was too far to go, but I got a Michelin Pilot Activ from Eastland Tyres in Ringwood, $140 fitted to my old ZZR250...... and a much better tyre than the Dunlop. (IMO)

  5. 174 is probably a little pricey, I get my rear GPR70 fitted for $25 more.
