Dririder Storm Gloves Review

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by robbied, Oct 16, 2007.

  1. Dririder Storm Gloves

    -Waterproof winter sports gloves
    -Hipora breathable waterproof membrane
    -Thinsulate thermal liner
    -Polyurethane knuckle PU knuckle protection

Did a lot of research on waterproof gloves.
I bought these gloves the day before the GP weekend because I knew it was gonna rain and I only had a pair of A* GP Plus gloves.

    Quality of construction seems great.
Rode in them for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours all up.
Half of that time it was raining.

Throughout the journey my hands were dry and warm/lukewarm.
The outside dried out pretty quick while I was at the GP.

I am very happy with the purchase. Dririder lived up to its reputation.

  2. Thanks for da review, robbied. Ive been looking round for some new winter gloves and down to these or the DriRider Highlanders, mainly coz of the visor wipe strip. Rekon I will give the Storms a go
  3. I didn't use the visor wiper but it looks like they sewn it into the glove. They put a lot of thought into their gloves and the materials and worksmanship is of a high quality. I picked the storm because it has decent protection and nice features.
