DriRider "Highway 2" Jacket (Ver. 2.00)

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by mjt57, Apr 27, 2005.

  1. I want to get a jacket for the upcoming months to replace my aging DriRider. Looking at the DR website I found one that looks OK. A jacket style (my current one is the longer "coat" style) called "Highway 2" seems to be OK.

I'm just wondering if any of you folks have this jacket and if so, what is it like, particularly for cold weather.

I hope to get something by Friday before my weekend away.
  2. im just about to purchace the "Summit 2" i really like it... its on the website too
  3. The summit 2 rocks
    well, I tried it on.

    It felt very comfy.

I ended up getting the summit 1 as I found one in my size for $300.
  4. haha lucky bastard.. i was trying the 2 on today and fell in love.. its not long like the coats but not short like the alpinestar leathers

    freekin perfect ;)
  5. And I was quite partial to the silver colour. Kinda different.

I think redwing still have some of the version 1 (just not in XL anymore:)

    Sorry for the hijack. :)
  6. bikebiz have the Highway 1 reduced to $200 at the moment...
  7. i bought the higway 2 jacket last week.. nice jacket better than the summit 2 i think.. go get one (but not grey coz that mine hehe)
